Return Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by ays acoustic and respective sellers, under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement or refund is offered by ays acoustic to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received something that has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on aysacousitc.com
Returns: You have 48 hrs from the date of receipt to return any item purchased on aysacoustic.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1. Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement, you must provide complete unboxing video of the product. This video must clearly show the unopened package being opened for the first time displaying the ‘complete functionality’ of the product i.e. speaker, mic, charging, display, etc. This requirement helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival and ensures a smooth refund or replacement process
• If the product has any defects then it must be reflected in this recorded video showcasing unboxing the item & the issue raised / involved ,which should be sent to initiate the refund or replacement.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the replacement to be processed depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- If the return is not approved due to the product being used or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued.
